Magda is a prime example of this, perfectly balancing her technical background with an artistic soul and a head full of ideas. Magda’s diverse skill set has been instrumental in successfully managing projects on both a micro and macro scale. Taking up The Dots Cosmetics as her latest project, she immediately believed in Agata’s vision. Today, Magda oversees the company’s operational and marketing activities with great competence. Outside of work, Magda provides psychological support to the rest of our small team, approaching every obstacle with a calm and balanced mindset.
