Agata G\u0142aba-Buzalska<\/h3><\/div>

Agata is a passionate and slightly eccentric enthusiast of cosmonautics, with a background in electrical engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology. She currently works as a construction manager, but outside of work, she indulges in her love of make-up. Agata is the visionary and driving force behind The Dots Cosmetics. Each product originates from her imagination, from the colours and formulas to the packaging, before it goes into production. Known affectionately as “Panda” among her friends, Agata is a devoted make-up enthusiast who keeps up with the latest trends and pays close attention to professionals and client opinions. This helps her understand your needs and enables us to perfect our products to meet even the highest of standards. If you have any questions or find yourself overwhelmed by the array of toppers, mats, or duochromes, Agata is here to help. Magdalena Choda<\/h3><\/div>

Is it possible for one person to embody two opposing spirits? Our experience tells us that it certainly is! Magda is a prime example of this, perfectly balancing her technical background with an artistic soul and a head full of ideas. Magda’s diverse skill set has been instrumental in successfully managing projects on both a micro and macro scale. Taking up The Dots Cosmetics as her latest project, she immediately believed in Agata’s vision. Today, Magda oversees the company’s operational and marketing activities with great competence. Outside of work, Magda provides psychological support to the rest of our small team, approaching every obstacle with a calm and balanced mindset. As our CEO, Magda is an excellent tour guide \u2013 if you’re planning a trip, you won’t find better help than Magda.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

Mateusz Pol-Buzalski<\/h3><\/div>

The team benefits from a masculine perspective, brought by a composed team player who excels at extinguishing any fires that may arise. His meticulous approach to business matters ensures that every contract, paper, and brush has its proper place. Negotiation and detecting misconstrued paragraphs are his superpowers. Privately, he is Agata’s husband and Magda’s friend, having met both during his time as chairman of the Student Government at the Gda\u0144sk University of Technology. Mateusz has a history of community involvement, having engaged in similar activities since high school. In his free time, he enjoys sailing and sleeping in after his travels. As the only one in our team, who undertakes extreme challenges, he has even tackled the approach to Jebel Tubkal, the highest peak of Atlas, rising 4,167 meters above sea level. In addition, he can be found in cosy, French caf\u00e9s, where he enjoys traditional Parisian Cr\u00eapes. While he absolutely loves his cat, but fortunately does not forget about his wife.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>

OUR STORY \u2013 STEP BY STEP<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 1<\/h3><\/div>

Every great story has a beginning, and ours started with a hint of frustration. As avid cosmetics users (and shoppers 😉), we didn\u2019t like the fact that our make-up bags were cluttered with products we only used partially<\/strong>, e.g. some eyeshadow palettes. Moreover, many brands still neglect ecological considerations. It was then that we decided it was time for a change<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Thus, the idea to create our own beauty brand was born. We aimed to cater to make-up enthusiasts<\/strong> who value exceptional colours<\/strong> and quality<\/strong>, while also providing a level of freedom with the selection of cosmetics<\/strong>. We began with shadow palettes, but the possibilities are endless.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 2<\/h3><\/div>

Naming our brand was easy \u2013 The Dots Cosmetics<\/b> \u2013 a nod to a private joke we shared over the years.
\nIt all started with a road trip that turned into a ten-hour expedition. While we encountered a few bumps on the way (including a faulty gas gauge), the flashing dots on the meter that guided us to our destination became a symbol of our shared adventures<\/b>.<\/p>\n
